Wonderment

Wonderment is a mother-owned store offering natural toys and creative pastimes for children and their families. It's a different kind of toy store, with high quality yet simple toys that encourage open ended and imaginative play.

Soft wool and cotton dolls, tree branch building blocks and colorful wooden nesting shapes appeal to the younger child. Natural fiber craft materials and kits, plus classes and demonstrations help parents create with and for their children. Wonderment offers toys for the hard to shop for older child too-intriguing games, science kits, high quality art supplies, circus activities and more. Even grown-ups find items of interest--beeswax candles, vases, baskets, all manner of seasonal home decor items, all made from natural materials.

Our store is a serene oasis, with gentle music, pale wood fixtures, soft green walls and even a treehouse for children to visit. Located in the Linden Hills neighborhood of Southwest Minneapolis, Wonderment opened in September 2005.
