New Moon® is the original girl-centered media company, providing a respectful, creative community where girls aged 8 to 15 explore, discover, create, and share their voices to make a positive difference in their lives and in the world. "New Moon: The Magazine for Girls and Their Dreams," celebrating its 15th year of publication, was the first international magazine to be edited (as well as written) by and for girls ages 8-12. Contributors from around the world give voice to their dreams and intellect through fiction, poetry, artwork, letters, and articles on cultures and careers. "New Moon" won the Association of Educational Publishers’ prestigious Golden Lamp Award in 2006.
