Grand Hand Gallery Celebrates 5th Anniversary!

On Sat., Nov. 21, The Grand Hand Gallery celebrated it's 5th Anniversary with wine, hors d'oeuvres, live music and great shopping for handcrafted holiday gifts. The gallery's "Handcrafted Holidays" show draws together handmade holiday ornaments and gifts from over 100 Minnesota artists, as well as from artists across the country.

"The show of support from our customers, artists and Grand Ave. area neighbors on our anniversary was particularly heartening in these challenging economic times," said gallery owner Ann Pifer. "People really appreciate having the gallery here as a part of the community - it has become something that people brag about as an asset of the neighborhood, and whenever they have out-of-town guests visiting, they bring them here. I love the sense of community pride that shows in these acts!"
